「當工作讓你疲憊不堪或越來越不快樂時，是否想過『裸辭』？」諸如此類的留言近來紛紛流傳在大陸知名論壇。大陸職場 職場裸辭族不少網友表示，曾經或經常有過類似念頭。也有網友表示，裸辭後，很快就找到一份更適合自己的工作，也有人索性在家當起「啃老族」。

社會學家王開玉認為，「裸辭」現象增多，代表現代人開始重視工作幸福感，而不只局限於工資、職位高低，這是社會的一種進步，但應謹慎理性對待。
安徽師範大學就業指導中心副主任張玉新則表示，對於一些想以辭職調整情緒、逃避工作難題的人來說，「裸辭」並不是「萬靈藥」，任何工作都會遇到各種不同的問題，想辦法化解才是最好方法。
張玉新強調，「跳槽」並非不可以，但不加考慮的「裸辭」不該成首選，職場新鮮人辭職前首先得保證能找到更利於自己發展的工作。
網路上也出現另一種留言，「魄力+財力+才力=快樂裸辭」，即「裸辭」背後是需要有財力和其他因素支撐的，並不是誰都可以「一辭了之」。
