最近有網友在網路上瘋狂轉載日本《AV奧斯卡獎》頒獎典禮的照片，意外發現近幾年爆紅的蒼井空也在其中之一，但當時的她尚未大紅大紫，裝扮雖然有點俗，但模樣清秀。

據了解，這組照片是2007年《AV奧斯卡獎》時拍攝的，從照片中可以看到，當時年僅24歲的蒼井空，在AV界只是一個不起眼的小角色，但她那清純的造型與無邪的笑容，讓不少網友看了無法置信這是現在的「蒼老師」，還說「歲月真是一把殺豬的刀」。

目前由AV女優轉型藝人的蒼井空，已經在中國闖下名聲，除了開設個人微博，還苦練中文與粉絲親近，而且微博粉絲已經超過7百萬人，人氣扶搖直上，清純小女孩已經蛻變成「AV一姊」。
